Patients may opt in verbally by telephone or in person with our staff. We document the consent in our practice records. Our website does not collect SMS consent. If you opt in, NSKP may send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, callback requests, and other practice-related administrative messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or call 360-982-2210. Consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving medical care. We do not use SMS consent for unrelated marketing. Standard SMS may not be secure; do not send sensitive medical details, emergencies, or urgent symptoms by text. For emergencies call 911.
