Parampreet S. Ghuman, MD
Board-Certified Nephrologist
Dr. Parampreet S. Ghuman is a board-certified nephrologist with more than 13 years of experience caring for patients in the Puget Sound region. He has practiced with North Sound Kidney Physicians since 2013 and provides comprehensive care for chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension, electrolyte disorders and advanced kidney disease, including dialysis management.
Dr. Ghuman completed his Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship at SUNY Downstate in New York. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wagner College.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, licensed in Washington, and is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and Washington State Medical Association. In addition to his clinical practice, he has extensive dialysis leadership experience and serves in medical-director roles with Puget Sound Kidney Centers and DaVita. He also provides nephrology services with CHI Franciscan.
Outside the office
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ghuman enjoys working on cars and can sometimes be found at a local car meet. He also enjoys basketball, movies, martial arts and spending time with his family.
